\n\nHer background includes working directly with franchise owners to support business performance, helping franchisees strengthen operations, and overseeing company-owned locations. These roles provided valuable insight into how franchise systems operate in the real world \u2014 not just in theory.\nEdna has also been responsible for recruiting and developing high-performing management personnel responsible for leading multi-location operations. Through this experience, she developed a strong understanding of the leadership, systems, and operational practices that help franchise businesses succeed.
